Tips for searching
Tips for searching Phrases If you are searching for a phrase, you can use the " character. For example, by searching "nipple discharge" you will find the articles which contain this phrase. Logical operators There are two logical operators that you can use, "AND" / "OR". If you use "AND", the search will return the articles which contain all searched words. By using "OR", you will find the articles which contain any of the searched terms. By default, the "AND" operator is used. You can also use these operators directly in the search box, in any combination. In this case, the operators must be written with capital letters ("AND" / "OR", not "and" / "or"). (For example, "dysplasia OR jaundice AND evaluation" will return records which contain the term dysplasia and the records which contain both the words jaundice and evaluation) Sections You can specify the sections of the artical that you want to be searched. By default, all the sections are searched: Title, Bibliography, Authors, Keywords. Chapters By default, all three chapters of the site are searched: Clinical Presentations, Diseases and Case Reports. You can narrow the search on any chapter. Search examples:
